Sgt. Johnson likes to score big, and he expects the same from you, soldier. Many of you will be standing in line tonight to pick up your preordered copy of Halo 3: ODST, which comes with a free code to unlock the most badass killing machine in the Halo universe, Sgt. Johnson. But for the sorry saps who didn't pre-order the game, GamePro is offering you another chance to earn a code that unlocks the Sgt. Johnson character in Firefight mode.

All you have to do is be the first to beat Travis's massive score of 1,234,111 points in Firefight mode. It doesn't matter what difficulty level you play on-easy, normal, heroic, or legendary-but you must play on the Lost Platoon Firefight map. That is the only caveat. Travis does recommend you team up with friends and be ready for one hell of a fight. It's going to be a tough battle.

Wow. The toughest thing about this contest isn't getting the score, its finding a halfway decent team to fight with. Same thing happens in Gears of War 2 Horde mode. You may be able to score huge alone, but without a team you can't get anywhere near what the end or in this case that score.
