Square-Enix details Final Fantasy XIV classes

Details on character classes, online world and story in Final Fantasy XIV were revealed this morning.
For those who missed Final Fantasy XIV's surprise showing at E3 this year (and its beautiful CG teaser), Square-Enix has released new details on the upcoming online game. The recently updated website gives insight into the five different character classes, one of which shares a striking resemblance to a certain Lord of the Rings character (see above). Aside from the classes, three city-states found in the world are detailed, as well as an introduction into the overall game world and story (fans can read up on the main site for finer details). The site still has a general 2010 release date for the game, but we may get a closer look as the website continues to be updated.

Its nice that they are giving out information about FFXIV, but it'd be awful nice if they get on the ball about releasing FFXIII in the US before creating a whole new Final Fantasy (that we probably won't get to see until 2015).

If this game does not come out for 360 I wont play it, but if it does, count me in. And I am pretty sure I am not alone. Square Enix, why target the playstation? Please come to 360 =]

says 2010 and plus this game was already in dev for 4-5 years it should be almost finished.
hope beta is out soon

man I hope not, people on alla forums always talk about 360 having so many problems with the game when Final fantasy 11 mmo went to it.
probably would be the same thing with major problems that means alot of maintenance for us ps3 and pc users.
