VIDEO GAME CREATOR ON XBOX 360: Create your own custom games with Kodu Game Lab available on Xbox Live today.

Microsoft Research's Kodu Game Lab, which allows you to create your own video games on the Xbox 360, is now available to download on Xbox Live. Kodu is described by its developer as extremely easy to use, which was displayed in a demo when the game was originally unveiled where a 12-year-old girl created a game with the program.
As of today you can try out the free trial version of Kodu Game Lab or purchase the full version for 400 Microsoft Points, which is equivalent to $5.

i hope you arent referring to the service being a fail.because so far the tools they have provided up and coming devs to make games with have turned up some great results.there have been some great games come out of xbla due to these tools.

besides you get to actually create a game from scratch.not alter one to your liking that already was created with the tools inside.big difference.
