Wii Sports Resort sells over 350k copies in Japan in four days

Nintendo's got another hit in Wii Sports Resort as the game sold over 350k in Japan in four days flat.
Wii Sports Resort is a month away from release in the states, but it's already selling like hot cakes in Japan, selling an impressive 353,827 in Japan within four days. With that amount, Wii Sports Resort becomes the third-fasting selling Wii title ever, beaten only by Mario Kart Wii (608,000) and Super Smash Bros. Brawl (816,000).
It's not much of a surprise as Wii Sports still holds the title as the best selling video game of all time with over 40 million copies sold (though some would argue by default due to its bundling with the Wii). Looks like Nintendo has another hit on their hands that could appeal to both casual and hardcore gamers alike.
Wii Sports Resort makes its way to the U.S. on July 26. 2009

well, i can only buy two games right now, trying to save money, and this one's not on the list. i'm about to buy CoJ: Bound in Blood, and i'm saving the other $60 for batman, but i probably will have enough money to buy the motion plus by itself, and i can just rent this game.

If Nintendo shit in a game case and called it "Wii Turds", Japanese people would still buy it, especially the "diarrhea" special edition.

you dont have to be a hardcore gamer to dislike the wii. hell, i have a wii, and i dislike it. hopefully the motion plus sparks my interest in it once again.

Don't mind these Wii fans, they're just hurt because Im stating facts about their console, which was bought for them from their parents.They're just little kids who don't even have a job, hence thats why they defend their little toy, while we (adults) play the best games on the best consoles money could buy atm.
