Xbox Live returns after being off all day yesterday, but now some things are broken

XBOX LIVE IS BACK: Microsoft's Xbox Live is back after being down all day yesterday but it's experiencing some problems. Microsoft has issued a statement about how they're dealing with these new technical issues.
It's back... but now it's not working correctly for many users
After Microsoft shut down Xbox Live for over twenty-four hours yesterday, their online gaming service for the Xbox 360 is back online, but it's not working correctly for many users.
Microsoft has now responded to the issues Xbox Live subscribers are experiencing. Apparently the specific problems users are having have to do with the Xbox Marketplace, which is where people can purchase and download playable game demos, Xbox Live Arcade games, TV Shows, and more.
Here is Microsoft's statement regarding the new technical issues.
"We are aware of the problem and working to resolve the technical issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience." -Microsoft

Works fine for me...I've been able to play games on live and download things (Downloaded the new GH demo). So everything is working fine for me.

I've just been browsing on live and everything works fine right now. I'm going to play the 1 vs 100 beta in an hour so I'll know for sure if something really is wrong.

Broken here. I can play online and was able to download a demo, but if I try to download a game from the arcade it pops up saying "Can Not Download (name of game).

lets face facts Xbox live has the worst cheaters online. so bad that the man in charge had to personally go online and aplogize to xbox owners.
They still havent fixed the problem..people are still piggybacking on other peoples gamerscore!!!!!!
I LOVE my xbox, Play it everyday!
.......But rarely online.
Xbox needs to fix this problem..which is why im getting a PS3

This usually seems to happen every time live goes down for updates and stuff of that nature. It never seems to work right for a few days.
