After being pushed back so many times for continued development, it's not surprising that a fair number of gamers have let Alan Wake drop off their radar screens. But Remedy Entertainment, the team that brought us Max Payne, was determined to show E3 showgoers why they should do nothing of the sort. Whipping out a trailer cooked up specially for the occasion, they revealed through both story and gameplay how light in Alan Wake will be used as a weapon to kill the terrors of the night -- or, in the case of those stronger creatures, to weaken them enough that bullets can do them harm.
