Final Fantasy XIV may come to the Xbox 360 as well

After announcing at the Sony press conference that Final Fantasy XIV will be exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and PC, Square Enix says they aren't sold on the idea just yet.
GamePro has just learned that Square Enix is still considering releasing Final Fantasy XIV Online on the Xbox 360 as well as the PC and PlayStation 3, contradicting what was announced at yesterday's Sony press conference, where the game was touted as a PS3 exclusive. Square is unwilling to give solid confirmation either way, likely in recognition of the Xbox 360's brand power here in the United States.
They did confirm, however, that development on Final Fantasy XI, Square's other MMO, would continue unaffected by Final Fantasy XIV's release.

I kinda figured that a day after final fantasy 14 was announced on the ps3 Square would once again decide to announce it for the 360 as well. Square figures that since the 360 has a slightly larger installed base and there's far more ppl signed up to xbox live then psn why not screw sony over again so that we (Square-Enix) can rake in more money.That's Square M.O at E3 this year.

ok, qqn? why do you idiots keep saying square is screwing over Sony? Did you complain that they "screwed" over Nintendo first? How about they dont belong to Sony. They are a 3rd party developer. That means they can make games from their own studios for every or any system. Thats right they have always gone to where the money is and would have stayed with Nintendo if they chose to use discs with the N64. How does having ff13 or 15 or whatever affect you in the slighest? Oh, thats right you are a fan bitch. You only feel good when you can brag about a conpany you have no stock in......dumbasses

that is what people don't understand, it is a business decision, everybody thinks the developer is loyal to a console. They are in business to make money. Not support sony or microsoft or nintendo. They are balancing resources available with potential profit.
