Rumor: Tatsunoko vs. Capcom to be released in US

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom may be seeing a stateside release according to scans from an upcoming issue of Nintendo Power Magazine, posted in a recent NeoGaf forum thread.
NeoGaf may have blown the lid on one of Capcom's top-secret E3 annoucements, as a scan from Nintendo Power Magazine indicates that Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is on its way to the United States (that is, if the scan proves to be legit).
If this scan is the real thing (and if it's not, that's some insane Photoshop work), Nintendo has a HUGE title that's sure to boost their competition-crushing Wii sales.
This rumor comes right on the tail of Capcom's recent announcement of their lineup for the 2009 Electronic Entertainment Expo, just a few weeks after the highly publicized launch of PSN-exclusive demo for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 left trails of dust across the Internet.
Aside from titles including Dark Void, Lost Planet 2, Dead Rising 2, Resident Evil Archives and Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles, Capcom still had two secret games hidden up their sleeves for E3. Of course, that's no longer the case if Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was one of the two mystery titles that Capcom had yet to announce. Anyway, the validity of the supposed Nintendo Power scan is something that's got to come into question, as OMG Nintendo notes that a few things don't quite add up. Suspicious, no?
"So the question remains: is the scan legit? It certianly looks like Nintendo Power's current layout style, but the picture is blurry and much of the page text is unreadable. There's also the question of how someone would have hold of a print copy of Nintendo Power's next issue just a few weeks after the original shipped. Let's just say that at this point I won't be surprised if I see Tatsunoko vs. Capcom at E3, but I don't consider it a done deal yet." -- Alicia Ashby, OMG Nintendo
A small blurb for the alleged article (remember, we don't know if it's the real thing) reads, "They said it couldn't happen, but it is! Fighting extravaganza Tatsunoko vs. Capcom is coming to North America." This is a far cry from earlier statements in 2008, when Capcom representatives told SiliconEra that Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was "probably not" coming to North America or Europe, due to various red tape and licensing issues. That, and I'm pretty sure most gamers and Capcom fans don't have a clue what Golden Warrior Gold Lightan is.

Hopefully this announcement is true.. the Wii needs a decent fighter in the US. Even if I dont recognize half the roster, the character designs and attacks for the Tatsunoko characters are pretty cool.
