One of the most popular shooters of 2008 will be free to play tomorrow, but you can start downloading now!
Just try to play this for 24 hours and not come back .
Kotaku is passing along word that the amazing zombie-fueled first-person shooter, Left 4 Dead, will be free to play on the PC via Steam tomorrow, starting a minute after midnight GMT--which equates to 5PM Thursday on the West Coast, and 2PM on the East Coast.
According to Steam, the game will be free for 24 hours straight and include the new content released in the recently released Survival Pack. If you already use Steam, you should probably start downloading right now, as the service is likely to be slammed with fans wanting to shoot bullets through decaying zombie brains.
Suddenly, I feel like I'm coming down with that Swine Flu. Yup--gonna have to probably take a "sick day" tomorrow.
