One of the greatest 2D fighters of all time is coming to Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network this summer! And PS3 owners are getting a demo this week!

One of my favorite fighting games of all time was Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Something about playing head-to-head with a huge group around in an arcade is classic. Pitting your favorite Capcom and Marvel characters against each other with your friends just gave a feeling of nostalgia and joy.
Sadly in this day, the game has become rather rare and its price tag just a bit too high for most gamers. Despair no more though, as Marvel has officially announced a release for Xbox Live and PSN this summer!
With a $14.99 or 1200 point price tag, it is a small price to pay considering how rare this game has become. This Thursday comes a demo exclusive to PSN for users to check out all the new features. The selectable demo characters will be Ryu, Chun-Li, Strider, Spider-Man, Iron Man and Wolverine. While this isn't a complete overhaul like Street Fighter II HD Remix, new things added are:

WAY TO GO!!!! I am SO pumped for this game. I haven't been this excited since Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix was announced.

Man I just sold my xbox copy for around $65.00 on ebay. People are scrambling to sell theirs before word gets out that it will be on DL. I still have the Dreamcast copy. This is great, will still have $50 in my pocket after I by the DL version.

This game isn't that rare you can find it on ebay or amazon. It might be expensive from some sellers but you can get it cheap from others. I have it for x-box and dreamcast I think the only really rare one is the x-box version. I want a MvC3 to come out already.
