Joystiq reports that Killzone 2, Guerilla Games' FPS sequel to Killzone for the PS2, has become the fastest-selling Sony video game on the PlayStation 3 to sell half a million games in its first month on store shelves.

agreed. I'm not surprised. If the PS3 was cheaper, then more people would buy a PS3 and that would have given it just as much sales as Halo 3, so to all xbox 360 fans that say no ps3 exclusive can ever be as good as Halo 3, just because Halo 3 has more sales, you're wrong.

I played a couple of the campaigns missions and thought the story was pretty boring. However online is amazing.

Metal Gear Solid 4 sold 1.7 million in it's first week, Killzone 2 isn't close to that. This story is complete garbage and so is lamepro.

I disagree fanboys. One of the best, YES. The best, NOOOOO. Call of Duty is superior in many ways. For one, more control schemes.

Killzone 2 story was amazing and all it's features but ughhhh online?? meh .. I think COD takes the prize when it comes to online multiplayer!!!

Let's clarify online multiplayer real quick. COD WaW is not as fun as COD 4 since you are forced to play with WWII weapons. I would put Killzone 2 and COD 4 on near equal levels with differences going to preference in games. But COD Waw is not good multiplayer, it is simply overpurchased by consumers and over-valued due to the franchise it represents, not actual content.
