Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has recently revealed a July release for the delayed Wii Sports Resort and the new Wii peripheral, the MotionPlus.
Why throw a real frisbee this summer when you can do it in Wii Sports Resort?
Kotaku is reporting that Nintendo president Satoru Iwata has slated Wii Sports Resort and its bundled accessory, the Wii MotionPlus will be coming to the US this July. He has not yet revealed an exact date or price for the bundle. The game and accessory will be coming to Japan in July.
The announcement, made at an address at The Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan, comes after a delay had led to speculation that the game was undergoing development troubles. The delay also threatened to neuter MotionPlus-compatible games like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 and Grand Slam Tennis, both of which will be released before the accessory, but now as it turns out, only by a few weeks.

The idea that Nintendo wants to sell us an accessory that makes their controllers work as originally promised is appalling. Hope that answers your question, Mr. Rudden.

MotionPlus is gonna kill it. Tiger Woods Golf? Nothing will touch it. Nothing.

"What would you pay for Wii Sports Resort and the MotionPlus?"
Considering the Wii already has the most expensive controller out there, I would say "not much."
$10 at max (Wii Resort and moton plus thing packed together). Hopefully nintendo will be smart and package motionPlus with a good game. They did that for the N64's expansion pack. I believe it came with Donkey Kong.

Because lord knows people can't get a game system to have fun right? That would be absurd to think of that.
However to fault your superior logical thinking. I own a PS3 and a Wii and my Wii still gets ton of play by me. In fact I had the Wii long before the PS3 and enjoyed it every day.

That's purdy original. Did you think of that yourself? Hey, did you know the PS3 is basically a PS2 with a little more power? Hey, did you know the 360 is basically an XBox that just breaks down more? Hey, did you know you're an idiot?
