Rumor: Interplay working on Fallout MMO

The publisher of the first two Fallout titles is working on an unknown post-apocalyptic MMO.
When Interplay first sold the Fallout rights to Bethesda to create Fallout 3, they retained the rights to create an MMO based on the franchise. Recently Interplay brought Masthead Studios to help work with them on the mysterious game, codenamed Project V13.
Though little is known as of yet, a piece of concept art popped up recently (see above) that more than hints towards the project being Fallout-related. Nuka Cola anyone?

If this MMO is like Fallout 3's 3D combat and basically just like Fallout 3 all over I would love to play it. However if its like the old fallout games... really not that intrested. They did a great job on this new fallout except for being to short.

Looks awesome. I always wanted fallout 3 to be multiplayer, hopefully this one plays like it. I hope the source that started the rumor of it being fallout isnt from the same source as the one that said there was going to be a ps3 price drop.

V.A.T.S. was really great in Fallout 3, but I hope they don't incorporate that in MMO game, because one second you'll be walking around, and the next second, you'll be dead.
