Final Fantasy Dissidia's debut trailer has just been released and you can watch the video above. The new trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy fighting game on PSP shows no gameplay, but several well-known Final Fantasy heroes do make an appearance such as Final Fantasy VII's Cloud, Final Fantasy VIII's Squall, Final Fantasy IX's Zidane, and others.

Anyone remember the PS1-era Final Fantasy fighting game called Ehrgeiz? Loved that game. Dissidia, however, looks 1,000 times better. Can't wait to see more of it.

They released Dissidia the same date in Japan as FF 1, which was December 18, and I heard they were planning on releasing this game the same date FF 1 was released in America, which is July 12th.

Was kinda hoping they'd make this a full fledged rpg rather than a fighting game, but this still looks cool. There's all those heroes on one side then there's Dark Knight Cecil who looks so badass lol

Saw some vids on youtube, gameplay looks similar to dragon ball z tenkaichi.
