Konami's Saw coming this Fall, first screens revealed

SAW VIDEO GAME NO LONGER CANCELED: Konami has picked up the rights to the Saw video game which is based on the popular horror film franchise by the same name.
Variety reports that the Saw video game is no longer a dead project and has now been picked up by Konami, publisher of the acclaimed Silent Hill survival-horror franchise. This news about the Saw game comes the day after the announcement of the Silent Hill remake, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, which is coming to the Wii.
Saw the video game is now set to come out on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC this Fall, coinciding with the release of Saw VI. Originally developed by the now bankrupt Brash Entertainment, Saw is now being handled by the developer Zombie.

I'm a big fan of the Saw movies, so I was excited for the game even when it was coming from a crummy publisher. Now that Konami is involved, I think that there's a greatest chance the game might be good.

I haven't seen any of the movies. I'm not a big horror fan. The last horror movie I saw was Devil's Rejects. I couldn't stop laughing, which made me feel extremely evil.

i love the movies, and im interested to see how the game will turnout, and what kinda gameplay will be involved

I don't believe this game will be very good. How could you possibly play a game like this? The gameplay would just be solving a puzzle and killing someone so that you won't die, but there won't be any moral choices made because if you choose someone else, you die. The movies weren't that great either but you never know I guess!

What are you talking about, the movies are the greatest horror movies of all time in my point of view. I'm interested to see how the gameplay is. I'm glad Konami is working on it, since they had so much success making Silent Hill. I havent seen any gameplay so i cant say whether or not this will be good, but i will keep my eyes on it.

how old are you? It's hardly even a scary movie. It's a movie that's hard to explain. If it were a game i guess you could call it a puzzle/ survival horror game that always has a twisted end. But seriously though, how old are you? You dont even know how to spell commercials.
