Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack In Time announced, coming this fall

Insomniac employees are still getting no sleep, apparently due to the hard work they've been putting into Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, which will hit Playstation 3 this fall.
Sony's five-star lombax is making his triumphant return to the PS3 this fall in the form of Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. As the name suggests, the game will feature time-traveling as a key component of the storyline. James Stevenson of Insomniac Games said today that the game "will conclude the story arc that started in Tools of Destruction and continued in Quest for Booty." Does this mean no more Ratchet games? Will the odd couple finally come to terms with the fact that a robot and a lombax have very little in common, and go their separate ways? We'll have to wait and see, or at least wait until Gametrailers TV (on Spike) airs the world premier trailer sometime this week. Get your wrenches ready.

I highly doubt this is the last we'll see of the dynamic duo, but who knows; maybe Insomniac wants to move onto something else. Thoughts?

if this is the last ratchet game im selling my ps3. that simple. Future Tools Of Destruction was the game that made me want ps3 originally.

maybe ill get a ps3 for this one. i loved ratchet and clank for ps2 but my friends all got 360's so i got one. plus ps3 was hard 2 find at the time. maybe with this it will be reason enough for me 2 buy one.

It's gonna be amazing!!!!!!!! I've always loved this series. And who cares if they wanna move on to something else? If they created something as mind-blowing as Ratchet and Clank, then who knows what else could come out of them?!?!?!

Jesus, is this what the world really needs? another same ol' same ol' R&C game? That last one was like pulling fckn teeth... how about they add freaken trophies to the last one and put this tired franchise to bed.
You guys get what you like, but I'm steering clear of R&C for a long time, or at least until I pull myself out of the last depression the last one put me in.
It's a depressing game and a depressing series... Even the colors are depressing, the music, the levels. You can have it.
Yeah, I'll spend $60+tax on this...right.

Can't wait............I've only played the ones on the PS3 and PSP, and really liked them. I'll pick this one up for sure.
