GamePro gets a first look at the twelfth King of Fighters installment with four hi-res new screens!
The good people at Ignition Entertainment were kind enough to supply us with four exclusive new screens from SNK Playmore's highly anticipated brawler, The King of Fighters XII!
The King of Fighters XII will feature classic 3-on-3 fighting in beautiful HD, complete with 100% hand-drawn backgrounds! Look for The King of Fighters XII to hit store shelves this July.

I thought the game was due in the summer ?
Has anyone heard any more about the New Samurai Showdown that SNK is supposed to be working on also ?

And there something about a Samurai Showdown MMO beta for the pc coming out next year.
As for King of fighters I WANT THIS GAME ASAP.

I always enjoyed KoF. I actually liked this series better than SF. SF is awesome but I just liked this one better due to the 3 vs 3 battle system. It added variety. Hopefully it will be a 2D game just like SF IV

I dunno about this. Does anyone care about KOF anymore? Street Fighter will always be the better of these games.

Terry bogard and this is what I call true 2D I don't know about street fighter 4, almost looks 3D again but cell shaded 2D graphics, I don't know but kof is gonna kick ass.

KoF > SF
Don't get me wrong I love the SF series, especially SFIV (I'm up to 800+ games online), but something about KoF series that I just love too much. Great classic characters, great gameplay, great story...

but y the hell is this game 60$......................most of them run like 20 brand new on ps2. @ most, 30. this should b cheaper than Disgaea 3
