Halo 3: ODST, the spin off coming later this year, will feature every Halo 3 map released so far, as well as three exclusives.
That's right! Every Halo 3 original map, plus the heroic, legendary, and mythic map packs will be there, according to Video Gamer, as well as Cold Storage and three new maps exclusive to ODST.

But, here is the real question. If you didnt d-load the maps for Halo3, will these new maps be able to copy to HDD and then allow you to use them for Halo 3?

I'm hopping straight online when it comes out I already know the story is dreadful I swear to you i skipped the cutscenes through the third one the story was awful I did it for acheivements.

I was about to buy the new maps that are 600 points for Halo 3 to get the new achievements but now I don't see the point. I can just wait a few months and get ODST.

not really irked about the all-inclusive (map) package since i played the h*** out of the other maps over the last few months. however, i do wish that Bungie would add more than 3 NEW maps to the mix. i wonder if it is gonna include that purple midship-like map they've been talking about for since the legendary map pack was released.
