Dead Rising 2 trailer leak?

A video has popped up on Youtube that bears a striking resemblance to Dead Rising, and shows a few small snippets of gameplay. Could it actually be Dead Rising 2?

The big giveaway of the possible Dead Rising 2 Youtube video that's circulating the blogs is a man's voice stating "the dead are rising again!" If that isn't a hint, we're not sure what is. Betwen various audio snippets you can catch a character rolling through hordes of zombies in what looks to be a hampster ball, and legions of undead overtaking a casino. Take a look at the below video, and let us know what you think. Could it be?

It's definitely DR 2.

If you look at 0:42 seconds into the trailer, you can see a picture of Frank wearing the Mega Man suit while holding his camera.

I love that most of it's inside a Casino. Maybe the virus has spread to Las Vegas?

Casino minigames perhaps? I'd love to play slots while bashing zombie brains!

It will be bad ass if it takes place in a casino and hotel. I loved the first DR, I'll definitely get this one.

Now that I've watched it, I've heard the sound effects and news report before just like this before, and at 0:55 does that say Paradise Plaze, which was in the first one?

i felt that dead rising was insanely over hyped...it was a cool game and all but it could have been so much better...i think the thing was that the combat system was kinda bad...when i have a 2x4 in my hand i wanna do crazy combos with it but all u could really do is just swing it...i dont know its prob just me...but ill give part 2 a shot

At the 58 second mark, there is a faded 2 that appears for what seems to be a single frame. I can't find any other words, but the two is visible directly in the top middle of the screen.
