Man receives Wii for Christmas, throws girlfriend down stairs

The "season of giving" took on a whole new meaning as a Portsmouth man angrily assaulted his girlfriend after receiving a Nintendo Wii for Christmas.
The holidays didn't bring everyone cheer this season, most notably a Portsmouth couple who engaged in a physical altercation over underwhelming Christmas presents. After Santa failed to pull through for Heath Blom, 26, who wanted a remote-controlled airplane for Christmas but instead received a Nintendo Wii, the Portsmouth native began arguing with his girlfriend Randi Young, which quickly escalated into Young being dragged down two flights of stairs by her hair, tumbling in the process, and Blom ending up with a black eye.

Both parties were arrested on assault charges Thursday, and members of the family have admitted that the couple are known for their frequent fits and arguments. Young stated to the Boston Herald that "[Blom] dragged me down two flights of stairs, by the hair... this was the worst Christmas ever."

I feel for Blom. I mean, I remember what it was like to be disappointed on Christmas and throw a "fit" over it, hey, I probably even pulled someone's hair too... oh wait, this guy is 26? Nevermind.

My x-mas had to be the worst out of everyones, I got a couple gifts and most were video games. So as I go to try my new games I turn on my 360 and guess what Santa got me THREE RED RINGS. I was so pissed, so now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to enjoy all my gifts (and unlike this guy my girl friend got me all the right ones) if that doesn't make you feel like punching someone I don't know what will. PS. I didn't punch my girl friend.

Slick I got a couple of games I wanted this year cause I bought them myself. I girl on the other hand bought me a heavy bag to beat the shit out of, I got alot of pent up anger issues.

LOl that's what I'm asking for next year, a punching bag to take out my 360 problems on.
