MC Hammer posts a cryptic message on his Twitter account about working together with Activision on a "secret" project.
Joystiq reports that former 80s rap star MC Hammer, know for chartbusting hits like Too Legit to Quit and U Can't Touch This, claims he is working on a "top secret" video game project.
Hammer loves sekrets.
A 46-year-old MC Hammer revealed on his Twitter account that he is working together with video game publisher and developer Activision on a new project. On his micro-blog, Hammer states "I got one day to recover, then it's LA to Activision to get a glance of a top secret project." He later posted that "Activision was fantastic... action!"
It's still unclear what type of project MC Hammer is referring to, but this isn't the first time a rap artist has been involved in a video game.

Let's just hope it isn't too serious and the worst that comes out of this is one of his songs showing up in DJ Hero or whatever.

Maybe GamePro will give this new game a high rating like they di with Shaq-Fu, and then change their minds years later!

Which is more disturbing...the fact that there might be an M.C. Hammer video game in the works? Or the fact that people are actually reading and paying attention to Hammer's blogs!?! GAMEPRO SOURCES = FAIL!

THis guy is a huge ILDO, with a capital "D"
He can't rap
He certainly CAN"T sing
He can't act
What is it exactly that he does again? ... besides performing one of the most offensively bad song of the 80's?
three words. his career has been fcken based on THREE words, ... "can't touch this." .....please don't. Don't do it.
And who the FCK is putting the money up for this little endeavor?

THE VERDICT by Patrick Shaw
What could Hammer possibly be working on? A cheesy ass rap edition of DDR where players can bust a move to Too Legit to Quit and Whoomp! There It Is?Whoomp there it is ! was performed by Tag Team not MC Hammer or any other variation of his name , Hammer or Hammer the Insurance Selling Rapper.

Heh. No, I know. I was just using them as another example of cheese rap from that era.
