Street Fighter IV on consoles 'this winter,' says Capcom

Although unwilling to commit to a 2008 release, Capcom producer Yoshi Ono says its flagship fighter will "definitely" arrive on or before February.
"We don't want to start rumors that it's this year, but definitely this winter," Ono told X-Play, when asked about a Street Fighter IV console release. "At some point, you'll be sitting in you winter coat looking at snow out the window, and right then we'll heat you up with some hot Street Fighter action, so look forward to that."
Street Fighter IV has been confirmed for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, and will include online multiplayer. Capcom has discussed the possibility of a Wii port, but has never committed to one. The game is currently available in Japanese arcades.

Well, I'm kind of glad its coming out after the holidays. I will need something to play during the winter months and with all the good games out now, wouldn't have time for SF.

Damn that! I always got time for Streetfighter. But I guess I can wait a little longer.

Cool. Nothing like a perfected game and franchise like Street Fighter can't afford to half ass. Also I think while they're at it they should put the demo for Monster Hunter 3 on the disc. That way I dust off my hammer and kill a Kut-Ku or something.

My cousin played the arcade version over in Japan back in September and said it was friggen awesome ... I can't wait for the home ports ...
