I thought there was a rumor that the next No More Heroes would not be exclusive to Wii... I guess we'll find out soon. The game is pretty great, I own it... but I'm affraid it's a little overrated!

The battles and bosses were fine... it's the open world that really sucked. The buildings looked pretty bad... almost like cardboard boxes... and I think it has the worst collision detection in the history of videogames. I'm pretty optimistic that the next one will fix those issues.

I would not call a great game that got some great reviews and some bad reviews but decent sales over rated. If anything this game was underrated.. Even GP gave it a good score and that is as rare as a 8 legged rabbit.

Yeah I wouldnt call NMH over rated.. Halo3 and LBP are fine examples of over rated games but NMH at least IMO is a very under rated game. It would have been called a AAA must own if it was released as is on the PS3. I bet even Toneman would feel differently about it.

I just think the Wii was desperate for a title like this, and when it came out people were quick to overlook the flaws of this game just to finally get a mature title for the system. The game wasn't over-rated as far as reviews are concerned... I just think fanboys gave it a bit more praise than it deserved. No More Heroes is great, but far from perfect. I'm still looking forward to the next one! Like I said, they will probably fix most the the issues I had with the first one... game can only get better.

I have to agree with toneman the boss fights and the fights in general were great. It was the running around the city collecting coconuts and other bs like mowing the lawn that I didnt like it slowed the pace of the game to much. You had to do all this bs just to get a contract and actually fight. That part of the game was really boring and repetitive. I liked no more heroes but to me it wasnt as good as what the reviewers said it was. I own the game and like it but hopefully they cut all the stupid crap out you had to do to actually go on a mission. Even the little side missions where you had to go defeat a set number of people got very old and repetitive. the game was fun but not my favorite on the wii. Compared to most games on the wii it is still in the top 10 games to own on the wii I will give it that. I am also excited for the sequel but I really do hope that they come up with better side missions than what the original had.

Huh? Wii had a good bit of M rated games. This game did not get attention for being the first. Granted it wasnt perfect but I never heard anyone say that it was... As far as the side missions go, I was able to beat the game without playing most more than once. Actually just one of the last ones that paid well was the only one I did repeat a couple times.. There were some of the smaller ones I do not think I ever played.

Hopefully, with NMH2 they can actually try and make the city and NPC look alot better. Cause it was butt ugly in the last game.
