Nintendo on Thursday unveiled a slew of upcoming games for Wii, but you'll have to sift through the chaff to find the keepers.
Call of Duty: World at War arrives on Wii this fall
On the same day as Nintendo's Fall Media summit, the company released a four-page press lineup outlining more than 120 upcoming Wii games, sorted by publisher. According to Nintendo, there are more than 300 disc-based games and 250 downloadable games (including both Virtual Console and WiiWare) for Wii.
Upcoming highlights include Quantum of Solace, Call of Duty: World at War, Guitar Hero: World Tour, Dead Rising, Ultimate Band, My Sims Kingdom, FaceBreaker, Skate It, Mushroom Men, The Conduit, Wii Sports 2, MadWorld, Sonic Unleashed, Rygar, Deadly Creatures, Shaun White Snowboarding, and a dozen others you might enjoy. As for the rest, we'll let you decide.
The full document is lengthy, so we've separated the article across four pages. Anything catch your fancy?

Most of it is shovelware. There are only a handful that actually have potential.

Sad that you use Shovel ware but fail to comprehend what it actually means. Very few of those games are if any but trying to explain that to a newb gamer who just started gaming this gen and learned some new buzz word online is more time than I have to waste. Just keep buying Sony. Yeah I know you never said anything about the PS3. I am just going by the fact that you like to talk about things you dont comprehend. Thats one sure sign of a Sony gamer. You kids arent exactly known for being very bright. Even Sony knows you guys are idiots that will line up for anything they put their name on.

Wow. What an unnecessary insult. The guy makes a comment that was pretty harmless but then you insult with a bunch of presumptions. Not exactly a voice of reason if you ask me. Seriously where is your reasoning?

Yes! I second everything you just said.
I have had Tales of Symphonia pre-ordered since June. I am keeping my eye on Little King's Story and Rune Factory since I found them both interesting after reading about them in Nintendo Power.
I saw a demo video of Carnival Nights Mini Golf at EB Games. If the controls are good, it looks like it could be a pretty fun game. And FYI for Kirby173, it's not shovelware. Like most of the games on that list, it's an original title.
