Prince of Persia coming December 2

Ubisoft today announced that Prince of Persia will land on PS3, Xbox 360, PC and DS (a spin-off) in time for Christmas.

The headliner game tasks players with saving the world from "eternal darkness" with the help of an easy-on-the eyes companion named Elika and features some rare, illustrative graphics.

A second game, Prince of Persia: The Fallen King, will also ship simultaneously on Nintendo DS. "Already touched by a dark substance that physically contaminates the land and the skies, the kingdom is filled with adventure, challenge, and intrigue," reads the official game description.

I'm down with anything that has intrigue in it.

Really like the art ... game is looking really great. Hope it's not too short, like most next-gen games. With no multiplayer or online, it's hard to justify the price tag for 8-10 hour games.
