Finally: Stong Bad confirmed for August 11 WiiWare release

It was due out in July, but we'll let it slide: Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People due out August 11.
I might be here August 11!
After a slight delay, Telltale Games' episodic Strong Bad's Game for Attractive People is supposedly hitting Nintendo's WiiWare service on August 11.
The date was listed on Telltale's web site, alongside pre-order information for the PC version of this title, which is based on the popular web-based cartoon.
We say "supposedly" because this is the second instance in as many weeks when a third party publisher has announced a game for WiiWare or the Virtual Console independent without the blessing of Nintendo.
Last week, Capcom was left with a bit of egg on its face when Mega Man failed to hit the Virtual Console as advertised. Ys I & II was also rumored to be hitting last week, but also failed to materialize. Instead, games were treated to the Master System version of Sonic the Hedgehog.

LOL its always amusing to see that the people that dont like the Wii are the first ones to flock to Wii news. Which just sohws how much they do care about the Wii because they wouldnt be here posting if not. How many failures has PS3 had? Haze, Liar, Warwawk, Heavenly Sword, even MGS4 was a failure. Yet people want to try to talk trash about games they know nothing about and act like graphics is what makes a game good...
