Halo Wars could get Flood as third playable race

During the Comic-Con Halo panel, Bungie reps let slip that the Flood could be coming to RTS Halo Wars.
Flood incoming?
Fans of the upcoming real time strategy game Halo Wars will be happy to know that the number of playable races may have just grown by one.
During a Comic-Con panel Monday, Kotaku reported that Bungie reps hinted as much during a Q&A session with fans. When one fan asked, "Is there going to be a Flood appearance in the Halo Wars campaign?", the answer was ambiguous at best, but tantilizing nevertheless.
"That's a very good question," said one panelist. "We haven't talked about any other races. All I can say is that it's a complete Halo game."
A playable Covenant race is already confirmed for the Halo RTS title, but a "complete" Halo title would seem to imply there's more than that forthcoming from Bungie.

How will it stack up against Red Alert, the King of RTS? We'll see. C & C Kane's Wrath has something like 7 playable races, while this one only has 2 now 3? There's gotta be more.

I HATE THE FLOOD.. they are annoying... come up with some other aliens to fight or something... the flood stinks

Spunnups...ever hear of a game called Starcraft? If I can recall, it only had 3 races and look how popular it is. People still play it in tournaments after more than 10 years.

the amount of races don't matter as long as the gameplay allows for a lot of replayability.

I don't hate the Flood at all, in fact it's hard to imagine Halo without them. It wouldn't make much sense to have the Flood in a prequel to Halo CE though. If I remember correctly, the Flood were dormant for thousands of years before they were discovered on the first Halo.
