Street Fighter 4: Online multiplayer, new characters revealed

Capcom this week confirmed Street Fighter 4 will have online mutliplayer, and revealed some new console-exclusive characters to boot.

Capcom today revealed that not only will Street Fighter IV have some shiny new characters kicking ass and taking names, it will also have online multiplayer too.

First, there's Ken's new rival, Rufus, who we know is an enormous edition to the series, but not much else. The other screengrab is of the previously revealed El Fuerte battling SF staple fighter Ryu. Finally, there's the doppleganger Seth, who sports a modified body that allows him to use different fighting styles.

The game will also feature characters not available in the arcade version.

On the online front, Capcom producer Yoshinori Ono told gaming magazine Famitsu that the console edition due out on PS3 and Xbox 360 this year will include online multiplayer.

Hell yeah. That thing looks off the hook. SF2 was a big time drainer for me back in the day. Hope this one plays similar.

i noticed that too why the hell is his rival a fat guy a really fat guy but hey you never know he might be able to use it and move around quick
