Sony's PlayStation Store will be on the receiving end of a good spit and polish this April as the company aims to redesign the service and release new content for online multiplayer title Warhawk.

In an interview with Gamasutra, Sony Computer Entertainment America Director of Product Development John Hight confirmed the news and said to expect "a pretty big change" in the PlayStation Network in the early part of April."We'll roll out some new interface stuff largely based on customer feedback," he said.

This includes some general aesthetic changes meant to ease the process of interacting with the system, he said. However, what's not included in that confirmation is any information whatsoever on the rumored PSN video download service. Hight was mum on that point.

However, Hight did make it a point to say that another Warhawk expansion is due out in April. "We just released an expansion on Warhawk in September, and we'll release another one in April," he said.
