Smash Bros. Brawl delayed until March 9

Nintendo delayed the highly anticipated Wii fighter for a second time on Tuesday due to an "unprecedented number of characters, options and experiences."
"Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we've had to change the release date of the game [from February 10] to Sunday, March 9th," said designer Masahiro Sakurai in a notice on the game's official website.
"I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer," he added.
This isn't the first time the game has been delayed. In July of 2007, Nintendo said Brawl would arrive on shelves by the end of the year. Three months later, the company pushed the game to a February release.
$20 says this pushes the release of Mario Kart Wii to summer. Ah well, No More Heroes and de Blob will have to fill in the gaps until then.
