Blizzard has some good news and bad news for you all.

According to the latest from Blizzard's website, the first public unveiling of the epic RTS StarCraft II will not be occurring at E3. Instead, the site reports that the first hands-on demonstration of the game will actually take place at BlizzCon 2007, the exclusive convention dedicated to fans of Blizzard's catalogue of games.

That's right - in addition to being given keys to the beta of an "upcoming Blizzard game", attendees will also be allowed access to a number of demo kiosks, where they'll be able to experiment with the game's new units and partake in multiplayer battles.

Unfortunately, the bad news is that, if you have not yet been able to secure your tickets to the convention, which is scheduled to take place this August 3rd and 4th at the Anaheim Convention Center, you may have already missed out on your only chance. Blizzard has reported that tickets have already been sold out as of Wednesday, June 15th. Better luck next year.
