Early last month, GamePro offered our readers a glimpse into Capcom's upcoming lineup, with one of the titles being a revamped version of the original arcade fighter Super Street Fighter II Turbo. We originally reported that all of the original backgrounds and sprites for this Xbox Live Arcade title would be completely redrawn from the ground up by the artists at Udon Comics, and would support resolutions up to 1080p.

Capcom's resident Lost Planet blogger Brian Dunn recently posted a message on the Capcom's public forums, which contained a visual example of this upgrade. According to Dunn, a Hadoken sprite for Ken would look like this on your HD television screen:

Dunn also adds that he will be starting a new blog that would contain new exclusive content regarding Capcom's future downloadable titles, including such games as Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, Rocketmen, and Talisman. Unfortunately, his forum post did not include expected release dates for any of the above titles.
