Prices slashed and supply increased for PSP title Gurumin

Available copies of the adorable action RPG Gurumin are now in ample numbers, and to entice more PSP owners to try it out, Mastiff has cut the game's retail price in half.

Yes, we know that Gurumin for the PSP hasn't exactly been a blockbuster title, but we couldn't resist covering this announcement after the interesting press release provided by the game's localization company, Mastiff LLC.

According to their announcement, the days of limited availability for their game have now ended, as the publisher has increased supply of Gurumin units in stores across the North American region. In addition, the game's price has been cut in half to $19.99. Even Parin, the game's 14-year old main character, chimed in on the price cut:

"The PSP system has dropped to $169.99," she commented in a statment. "So you really don't have any more excuses to not run out and pick up my game now. If you're still holding out, you should just give up video games entirely, and take up something more your speed -- like needlepoint!"

*Sigh* -- if only all press releases were like this one.
