This is another huge map suited only for large-scale FFA games. The control point for this map is the BFG10K; its dominance will generate non-stop frags. The Quad spawns in the main area next to the water. Regeneration spawns in the middle of the water area. The easier way to reach the Mega Health is by using the bounce pad at the end of the water tube, bounce up and then head to the ledge behind the bounce pad, from here you can drop down and score the Mega Health. The Heavy Armor can be reached from the accelerator pad near the BFG10K warp gate. This area can be found from the water tube, just hang a right after you come out and continue on the lower path. There are four units of Armor here, one can be reached from the BFG10K room?s warp gate, there is one above the Heavy Armor, another tucked in a room right by the Mega Health, and the last one is next to the BFG10K ammo on the opposite side of the level. The Personal Teleporter is rather obscure on this map; you can jump to it after you bounce up from the bounce pad at the end of the water tube. The BFG10K room can be reach by swimming up from the Regeneration spawn or by warping in from the Heavy Armor area, this area is pretty easy to guard so if you know someone is camping in there don?t bother trying to force them out, you?ll just eat a BFG shell. The Rocket Launcher is across from the Mega Health, the bounce pad on the lower level will grant you easy access. There are two Railguns here; one near the Heavy Armor and the other tucked away in a small room between the Rocket Launcher and the BFG10K ammo. The Lightning Gun is on the lower level near the BFG10K ammo. There are two Grenade Launchers here as well, one before the platform that you can use to drop to the Mega Health and the other by the BFG10K ammo. There are two Plasma Guns here as well, one behind the Rocket Launcher and the other at the top of the bounce par at the end of the water tube. Shotguns are in abundance here; you should have no trouble securing one. All in all, this map is loaded with guns, ammo, Power-Up and armor, but the BFG10K will remain the focal point thus securing it is imperative.
This map will bring in Slash, Gorre, Lucy, Biker, Patriot, and Wrack to own you; this is the highest number of bots assigned to any map in the single player game. Bots are hardly the smartest things out there; they don?t really bother to even chase down the BFG10K or even camp the area. You can mow down endless bots even on the hardest settings by staying with the BFG10K and wasting the bots that come into the water.
Humans will camp the BFG10K and camp it hard, expect to find players holed up in the BFG10K room constantly. You should come prepared with the Quad and serious armor if you want to pry them out. Controlling the Quad and the BFG10K are the essential keys to controlling this map. There is enough armor spread across this map that you should be able to keep your armor levels high even during crowded games, keep this in mind and try to maintain a route that will garner the most armor. Players will congregate in main area near the Quad spawn, keep this in main and blanket this area with the BFG10K or the Rocket Launcher as often as possible.
