PolisPolice sure loves his special attacks. For this battle, have one Black innate character and a character like Zoah with a strong physical based special attack set. Distribute Black Elements amongst your characters and attempt to summon GrimReaper when you have a pure field. GrimReaper will put a serious hurt on PolisPolice. PolisPolice also has poor physical defense, so focus on using special attacks that are physical and not Element based.
