Highwayman is yet another tough battle. This time make sure to tune your party with strong White innate characters who can dish out heavy physical damage. Starky should be one of those characters. Highwayman also uses a minimal set of Elements, so it is possible to keep the field White while fighting him. Just be prepared to bring Highwayman down slowly and bring a lot of healing Elements.
