Lynx really isn't hard at all if you just stay focused and hammer him with White Elements. Spread out White Elements across your party, as Lynx will frequently target whoever uses one and cast Anti White. If you spread your usage of White Elements around he will be so busy casting Anti White he will rarely attack. All in all his attacks are nothing to worry about other than Hell Soul. Make sure Serge has Revive in case any of your party members fall.
