Before you start this fight make sure you have as many Electro Bolts allocated as possible. Taurusoid has a lovely habit of healing himself - a lot - luckily his math skills are a little lacking. As long as you are nailing him with strong Yellow Elements you will do far more damage than he recovers and as long as he wastes his turns healing he won't be able to attack. Keep the pressure on and you should floor him without a scratch. If you're feeling frisky you can try to steal Tornado Traps (91%) or Sonja Traps (9%) from him.
