This fight is as serious as cancer folks. Make sure you bring the right Elements into battle and stick to your battle plan if you want to come out alive. Since you're fighting a Red, Blue, and Black innate party you should use a party like Leena (Blue), Kid (Red), and Serge (White). This team of enemies can use a combo attack that easily has the potential to wipe out one of your characters. Focus on the Red or Blue Moaman first to prevent this combo, then continue your focus on the second lower Moaman to finish the job. Once left alone, King Moaman really isn't that hard; use Serge's White Elements to pluck him out of the air. If you successfully nail one of the lesser Moamans before they use their team combo this fight is quite easy, but if they get it out be prepared to dig in and suffer, it will be an uphill battle from there.
