First glimpsed in a Tweet by 2K Boston producer Shawn Elliot, the statuettes of BioShock's murderously charismatic Sander Cohen were a gift from creative director Ken Levine to employees of 2K Boston.
The master sculpt was created by concept artist Robb Waters; the final run of figures was produced by Patch Together. The photos of the Sander figure seen here were taken by 2K Boston artist Mauricio Tejenira, and we'd say he did a fine job.
"It was quite a little shindig," remarked Levine of the festivities. "BBQ, mac and cheese, pulled pork, corn bread, mashed potatoes, three kinds of cake, beer and of course, the toys."
2K Boston is currently at work on a secret new project, with BioShock 2 development being handled by California-based 2K Marin.
