Will we see another Zelda on the Wii? A new PSP? And what about Halo? The show floor is rife with mystery this year at E3, and the GamePros have had their ears to the floor, against doors and eyes embedded in news reports trying to figure out what could (and should) happen at the show this year!

#9: PlayStation 3 Finally Drops the Price

Gamers all around have been clamoring for a reduction in the PlayStation 3's price, and while some sources have made predictions, Sony has yet to say anything about a real, competitive price cut that can help them turn the tide against the Xbox 360, let alone the Nintendo Wii. There has to be something behind their claim that Sony will influence the biggest E3 in 11 years, right? It doesn't matter if the hardware is missing a pre-installed Blu-ray component or that PS3 slim turns out to be real, Sony should be thinking about making that console a little more affordable (especially in this crappy economy) so they can sell a few more of those awesome PS3 exclusives.

#8: Team Ico Teases More "Trico"

Real or not, footage has leaked, there's no doubt, but we've known for a long time that the development team behind Ico has been working on, well, something good. They started out with a job hunt back in January 2008, and the website has only been sitting in limbo since then with minimal changes and updates as time went on. Whatever the new Ico game is bringing to this artistic series, we'll probably see a new teaser at the very least -- although we're sad to see the Colossi go -- since Fumito Ueda, Ico and Shadow of the Colossus's lead designer, says "the essence of the game is rather close to Ico."

#7: More Modern Warfare 2, Please

We're pleasantly surprised that Call of Duty 4's story is going to be continued in Modern Warfare 2. COD4 is probably the only thing on the planet that can stand at eye level with Halo 3. Needless to say, we're already counting the days (especially Previews Editor Travis Moses) until Modern Warfare 2 hits our consoles and PCs. Now that Infinity Ward has seen fit to dangle a nice, juicy trailer in front of us, we're expecting to see more gameplay details and a playable build at E3 2009 -- just a few more months until the game's out, y'know.

I have a feeling this is going to be one of the best E3s ever... Modern Warfare 2, God of War III, Metal Gear 5... I rest my case.

Pikmin 3 would rock too.

And although I'm 99.99% sure it won't happen, news on the next Halo game (besides the epic ODST) would blow everything else out of the water for me.

thats the way the cookie crumbles, Crunch40. lol. i didnt see anything really 360ish for any websites about E3. Although everything right now is speculation. only thing i know of cuz its shoved down our throats is Halo: Old Dude Still Tryin. lol.

LMFAO @ halo fanboys!! Dudes halo died a looooooong time ago, this E3 is all aboout Modern Warfare 2 and Metal Gear Solid 5 , oh and dont forget Zelda its still an awesome game even though the Nintendo WII sucks mad donkey balls..... a new psp?!?!?! bah sounds like sony wants to get some more money so they can pay the big hole ps3 left them .... as far as halo goes pls dont crap all over the storyline

If I am playing as Raiden in the next Metal Gear you can forget it. Why can't we just except that Raiden is a side character. Metal Gear 2 was the worst of all of them. Why you ask? Because you play as Raiden the whole game! This is like going to see a Batman movie and the whole movie they are following around Aquaman. GAY!
