The Hadoken Crew
If you're itching to throw fireballs and Dragon Punches, these three fighters are the go-to gang for dishing out some classic damage!
Command Key:
Ryu: Lone Wolf Warrior
Ryu's much slower than his SFIII counterpart, but his attacks pack the same amount of damage and stunning power -- Beware: only the Fierce Shoryuken can cleanly counter most air attacks!
Special MovesSuper Combo!
Ultra Combo!
ProTips!
1. Use a charged Hurricane Kick to combo a close opponent and send them flying across the screen!
2. Ryu's Hurricane Kick can pass through fireballs as long as you get timing just right, plus it makes an excellent escape move if you're about to jump into a fireball.
3. Beware! Ryu's Shoryuken isn't invincible. Use a charged Dragon Punch to break jumping moves and counters -- plus, the EX Jab Shoryuken will also recover faster.
Ken: America's Golden Boy
Ken's Shoryuken has retained much of its counterattack strength from SFIII, but his Hurricane Kick is slower than before, so charge his attacks to give them extra juice!
Special MovesSuper Combo!
Ultra Combo!
ProTips!
1. Ken's flaming Shoryuken is effective at stopping jump attacks, but don't get countered on the way down!
2. Ken's Standing Roundhouse is doubly damaging -- it has long range, plus it hits deep and low!
3. Start the motion for Ken's Shoryuken as you're getting up from a fall to launch a multi-hit counter attack!
Sakura: Not Your Average Schoolgirl
Although she's much weaker than Ryu and Ken, Sakura's penchant for complex combos more than makes up for her lack of stopping power, especially when giving her moves an EX boost.
Special MovesSuper Combo!
Ultra Combo!
ProTips!
1. Sakura's charged Shunpukyaku creates openings for juggle combos -- use it in tandem with her Shoryuken to generate some wicked damage!
2. An EX Shoryuken or Shunpukyaku can also be an excellent counter move against fireballs, as long as you don't jump into a Super Combo, Ultra Combo or EX attack.
3. If you can pull off a close-in Shoryuken and have a full EX meter ready to go, chain hit into a double digit combo and really drain some health!

The top spot in the office often switches between Sui, one of GP's developers, and our art intern Will Chu. I'm still trying to beat TMoses and Mr. Shuman.
