In your first encounter with the dog, you'll see a small sprout begin to grow. Water it using your vacuum and come back to it later.
Your second chance at watering the flower is after you have cleared Area 2. If you clear the Area 3 boss without watering this flower, then it will die.
After clearing Area 3, go back and water the flower for the third and final time.

It seems money does grow on trees-or at least inside gigantic flowers. Whoopee! I want gold, gimme gold!
All flowers in the house will give you some sort of money or even gems if you spray water on them. Unlike other household items, plants will not give you items if you simply shake them.

The toughest mind-teaser in the game is the button you must press in this room. Look closely in the mirror, and you'll see a button on the wall that is closest to you. Pretty sneaky.
There are two instances where you'll have to navigate on the ceilings. This room has only one main way to get up and one to get down that enable you to get the Ice Medal. The room with the sand hills has two, so you can ?nd a convenient shortcut if you look hard enough.
In the main backyard, you can get a nice fat treasure chest if you clear out the ghosts.
Also in the backyard is the well that hides a needed key. Don't ignore the ghost in the well. Take him out to get a new entrance into the house.
