This is what Chris looks like...on the inside
Name: Chris Parisi (Video Editor)
Number of previous E3's you've attended: 0
Year your first E3 took place: 2007
What was your overall impression of this year's E3?
It was interesting. It felt almost like an underground speakeasy because a lot of the events were in hotel rooms spread out across Santa Monica. It was almost like I should feel guilty or concerned with what I was about to see in those hotel rooms.
How did it compare to E3's of past years? Was it better, worse or just as good?
Much better by far, compared to the past E3's I've never been to.
What was the most memorable moment of this year's E3?
I would have to say the Gamecock E3 deathmarch. They had girls, music, and beer.
Who had the best E3: Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony?
Microsoft definitely. They had the best presentation of all their games, a lot of lights and spectacles to behold. I get entertained easily.
Which game left the biggest impression on you?
I think Fracture looked the coolest overall. At first the whole "terrain deformation" thing sounded kind of stupid, like its some kind of land make-over, but it actually turned out to be cool. That and Force Unleashed, I like Star Wars.
Which game was the most disappointing?
All of them! No, I don't know, it's hard to say. Probably Assassin's Creed because the gameplay looked a little slow.
Did you see any games with the potential to be a sleeper hit? Why did it catch your eye?
That would have to be Legendary: The Box. Not just because it looked cool, but because a lot of the editors were already gushing about it.

Wow. E3 was way better in earlier years. Ah, those were the cheerleaders, uh, I mean days. Days. Wow. I just got a boner. Heh heh.
