Civilization IV - Increase City Population

Make human beings the clean and moral way, with codes!

Increase City Population!
Go into the File Configuration for Civilization IV, and change "CheatCode" to CheatCode = chipotle. During gameplay, press ~ to enter the console, type game.toggledebugmode, and then press Enter. Enter the following codes to unlock the corresponding cheats. If you entered the code correctly, the cheat will take immediate effect.

Add 1 to City Population: Simultaneously press Shift and + (City).
Add 10 to City Population: Simultaneously press Ctrl and + (City).
