Change your speed in the crouch position!

Change Speed in Crouch Position!
During gameplay, simultaneously press ~ and Alt to enter the console menu, and then enter the following passwords to unlock the corresponding cheats. If you entered the password correctly, the cheat will take immediate effect.
Passwords are case-sensitive.

Change Speed in Crouch Position: pm_crouchspeed (0-100)
