Quake 4 - Open Console Menu with ~

Open console menu with ~, because it's easier than ~ and Alt.

During gameplay, simultaneously press ~ and Alt to enter the console menu, and then enter the following passwords to unlock the corresponding cheats. If you entered the password correctly, the cheat will take immediate effect.
Passwords are case-sensitive.
