Trick ListBar Hop: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Triangle twice.
Can Can: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Square twice.
Cat Nap: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X, Circle, Circle.
Catwalk: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Square, Triangle.
Cliff Hanger: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Circle, Triangle.
Coffin: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Triangle, Circle.
Cordova: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Circle, and Triangle twice.
Disco Can: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Square three times.
Heart Attack: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X, Triangle.
Heel Clicker: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Triangle.
Helicopter: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X, and Triangle twice.
Indian Air: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X.
Kiss Of Death: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Circle twice.

Seat Grab: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X twice. Superman Indian: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press X three times. Switchblade: Press and Hold L2 or R2, then press Square, X.
Unlock All levels
Start two player mode. On controller 1, hold R1 and L2, then press UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, TRIANGLE. Then on controller 2 hold TRIANGLE and L2 and R2 and CROSS. Let go of all buttons and all levels should be unlocked at the level selection screen.
