Unlock Hidden Characters
Unlock Hsien-ko's little sisterHold select at the character select screen, highlight Morrigan and then move the cursor to Hsien-ko. Wait one second with the cursor on Hsien-ko, then press A or B to select her. Hsien-ko's paper sister should be the character on the left side of the screen.
Unlock Anita
Hold select at the character select screen, highlight Morrigan and then move the cursor to Donovan. Wait one second with the cursor on Donovan, then press A or B to select her. Anita should Appear where Donovan was.
Unlock Akuma
To unlock Akuma: Pres L+B
Unlock Dan
To unlock Dan:Press L+R+B
Unlock Devilot
to unlock Devilot: Press R+B
Select Devilot
Highlight Morigan and hold select. Press Left, Left, Left, Down, Down, Down, A as the timer hits 10.
