Level select codes

Unlock All Levels and Helicopters:
At the main menu, enter Password. Press R, left-C, Right, Up, then press A to accept the password. Press A again to continue. If you entered the code correctly, you will immediately go to the campaign-selection screen. Choose 1P Campaign or 2P Campaign. Highlight ?Briefing? and press Left or Right to choose any level. Highlight ?Helicopter? and press Left or Right to choose any helicopter.
